Online returns policy:

14 days return policy – We at, Paddy Dwyers are happy to exchange or refund on shoes bought online and returned to us within 14days of purchase, providing that they are in their original packaging and in saleable condition – unworn,  undamaged.

Please allow 7-10 working days for the returned item to be handled and processed. During peak times, such as sale time and Christmas, this may take longer.

If the returned item is deemed unsaleable, worn or damaged by a member of staff at Paddy Dwyers, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.  A thorough inspection will be completed by a member of staff on returned item when received to shop .

In store purchases return policy:

Paddy Dwyers Shoes are happy to offer an exchange or an instore credit note for goods exchanged/returned in saleable condition, within 21 days of the date of purchase.  We do not offer refunds on unwanted goods. This does not affect consumers statutory rights.
